We are so excited that curling for HC members is not only about to start again, it will be at our new dedicated ice facility at SCCC! Imagine six sheets of sweet, sweet ice that actually allows rocks to curl, not having to aim at nearby sheets just so you have a chance to land near the intended house, and not having to set up hacks or carry stones to cool. Sounds amazing!
Take a look at the summer leagues offered and sign up when registration goes live on June 24th. Registration is handled by SCCC on their website, and league fees are solely determined and collected by SCCC. Leagues are scheduled to begin on July 14th, but please note that given the unpredictable nature of opening a new facility, the start date may be delayed.
We also advise you to renew (or start) your HC membership now so you’ll be eligible to register for leagues.
Also, SCCC will be offering practice ice, LTCs, and other activities to get you back into curling shape and to introduce friends and family to curling.
